Sessions at the Soul Pilates studio are conducted in semi-private classes of no more than four, or one-on-one if you prefer. Clients start at their own level and progress at their own pace.
Each instructor is trained to tailor exercises specifically for each person based on their health and fitness goals and the presence of any prior injuries. Routines change from session to session, so there is always a strong sense of variety and achievement.
Two or three sessions per week will help attain optimum results, but even a weekly class will provide valuable benefits.
The Soul Pilates studio is located in the Wellness Zone on the 3rd floor of MSAC. Parking on the top floor of the multi-level car park (enter via Albert Road) provides direct and easy access to the studio via a dedicated entrance. Click here for more information on the location at MSAC.
